Napolitano: Supreme Court to Strike Down Obamacare
Judge Napolitano’s take on legal actions that can be taken concerning the Health Care Legislation.
Bart Stupak intended on voting for the Health Care bill all along.
Rep. Bart Stupak speaking in Cheboygan, MI intended this whole time that he would vote for this bill regardless if he got the Right to Life amendment attached to the bill. For many months now he insisted that he was an absolute “No” vote on the health care bill unless the bill excluded federal funds for abortion. Something really didn’t smell right about this guy anyway because he had no real concern for Constitutional process that the rest of his ilk was trampling all over.

Dowd: “I will never vote for a democrat again.”
In light of the circus act that America just witnessed in our nation’s capital with the passage of this Health Care Bill. I join with the sentiments that Howard Stern made recently on his radio Program. Stern said, “I will never vote for a democrat again.”
I agree with this wavering political pundit, in the form of Howard Stern, and I cast my lot in with his to say that I will not vote for a democrat again. Sterns reasoning might be slightly different from mine, but on the other side of the token, the differences are very much alike.
This Health Care bill is so bad, as many politicians and law experts have reiterated, that it cannot stand on its own merits. In neither the Senate nor the House were their enough votes to pass the bill without arm twisting, bribery, and sweetheart deals promised to the appropriate amount of DEMOCRATS. Not one republican voted for this bill, but it also should be said that not one republican is against some form of health care legislation, but this one has the makings of something not wholesome if we have to cast aside the rule of law and the Constitution to get it passed.

What You’ll Need
Stern: “I will never vote for a democrat again.”
I have never ever given two rips for Howard Stern, nothing personal, just not my cup of tea. However, I may grant him this one rip. Recently, on his radio show, he went on a tear about never voting for a democrat again. His eyes have been opened to the fact that democrats do not want his business to succeed. He even went to the degree of calling them communists. Howard, you’re gaining respectability in my book, you’d better stop it.

What are the three thing that you wish you could say to Nancy Pelosi?
In a press conference today Congressman Paul Broun of Georgia, aided by other fellow Congressman, called out Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi for the underhanded tricks that the Dems are considering in passing the Health Care Bill. The Congressman took up for the rationally minded American citizens by asking three simple questions:
“I have three simple questions for Ms. Pelosi.”
“Are you so arrogant that you think you know what’s best for the American people?”
“Are you so ignorant that you are oblivious to the wishes of the American people?”
“Are you so incompetent that you are going to ignore the Constitution of the United States, use tricks, deceptions, bald face lies, to try to ram down the throat of the American people something that they do not want and is going to be absolutely worse for their health care?”
Be careful Mr. Broun. Language like that might get you elected as the next President of the United States.

O’Donnell Miffed Baier Dared Interrupt Obama | NewsBusters.org.
Barak Obama, who probably forgot what it’s like to do an actual interview, found himself in such a situation today when he appeared on FNC’s Special Report with Bret Baier. In an apparent attempt to appeal to the nation concerning the ever controversial Health Care bill that sits before the House and Nancy Pelosi. President Obama decided to accept an interview with a news outlet that actually has a viewer base. However, along with that viewer base comes an interviewer in the form of Bret Baier that doesn’t know that he is just supposed to ask questions and let the President get away with a long dialogue, at the end of which the viewer actually forgot what the question was. The gall that Baier must have to stop the President midstream to refocus him on what the question actually was. If I were a part of the fawning main stream media, I’d agree with O’Donnell when he said, “most news organizations as I’ve said tend to defer to the office of the president in matters of conversational decorum.”

Johnny Cash: Ain’t No Grave
I’ve never been a huge fan of Johnny Cash’s music but I had great respect for it and ton’s of respect for the man. This is a recording on a CD that was released February 23, 2010. It was originally written and recorded by Claude Ely but sung here by the Late Great Johnny Cash. I can imagine that he is singing this now before his King. Everyone enjoy.

What English sounds like to foreigners.
This tune written by Adriano Celentano, an Italian songwriter, wrote this tune in 1972 called Prisencolinensinainciusol. Yeah, I don’t know what that means either, but it was written deliberately to sound like an English tune when in reality its gibberish. Catchy though. Enjoy.

I change my mind about MSNBC
Dylan Ratigan is quiiiickly becoming my favorite MSNBC personality to pick on. Missing no opportunity to rail against the Tea Party, Ratigan, in this clip, lauds members of the GOP for denouncing Liz Cheney’s controversial remarks concerning lawyers of the Justice Department who represented Al Qaeda terrorists. Ratigan adds that he wishes the Tea Party would follow suit by condemning the Nazi and racists members of their organization.
Well Ratigan, I think it’s obvious that society at large holds those who take on Nazi and racists philosophies, as those who are among fringe in our populace. In fact, they are rather unsavory in nature. Now, why would the Tea Party not jump at the opportunity to condemn these groups? Simple, to those of us who understand the concept of what the Tea Party is all about. It is a single issue organization; Taxed Enough Already. If the Tea Party were to organize as a political party with their own candidates, I am sure they would develop a fiscal platform as well as a social platform that would clearly define their disdain for Nazi and racist agenda’s. Instead, they are a single issue group formed on the terms of saying “enough taxes.” This issue is held dearly by most conservatives as well as many liberals and it shouldn’t be to anyone’s surprise that Nazi’s and racist’s don’t like being taxed either.
One would think that with Ratigan’s anal retentive attention to all things conservative that he would have figured all of this out on his own. Truly, I think he has figured it out, but he’d rather not be honest with himself or us. Such is the life of a bed wetting liberal.
Hopefully Dylan, MSNBC will be around for a long time and keep you in their employ so that we can be friends.
